I used to be the quiet one. Shy, self-conscious, afraid to take up space. But entrepreneurship genuinely helped me find my voice. Not because I became someone new, but because I finally gave myself permission to show up as I am.

I started Nora. because I’ve seen too many brilliant women stay silent. Their stories go untold, their impact unnoticed—not because they lack talent, but because the world wasn’t built to spotlight them.

Named after the Arabic word Noor (light) and my niece Eleanora, Nora. is both a tribute and a call to action: for women to stop shrinking, speak their truth, and redefine success on their own terms.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the garden with a sketchbook or a camera—or coloring affirmations and reminding my niece that her voice matters.

Meet Lena.
